At Barbarian, we engaged in our 1st high fidelity productions for Samsung for the introduction on the Bespoke Samsung Z Flip4 phone #SoYou & Holiday campaign, all content was leveraged & customized for their social global markets.
As Director of Production at Barbarian, produced, staffed additional producers, oversaw, developed timelines & managed day-day financial production change management & scope w/ clients on 2 high fidelity 3MM campaigns in concurrent production w/in a 3 month duration-working against extremely tight deadlines & constraining budgets.
Challenge: Delivery deadlines were consistently shortened & global video assets increased (300 + ) throughout the duration of the projects- all successfully delivered w/in the initial tight deadlines. One project budget started at 600k & grew to 2MM w/ client requested changes. I managed a 24/7 producer team while being in the UK w/ clients as EP on a complex Gen Z fashion 3D shoot/ edit w/ Builders Club for the #SoYou Z Flip4 phone. Check it out to the right!
At Publicis Sapient, I was the global program lead of the the creative & web deployment of the Unilever Dove #showus global campaign social movement. Deliverables included digital, social media, websites (17), print & OOH. Partnered with Unilever client and Sapient UK web team to ensure a successful website campaign launch in 17 countries. As well as managing the deployment of content deliverables to Unilever’s transcreation vendor to help adapt the message from one language to another.

At Barbarian, collaborated w/ Tactic, utilizing 8th Wall platform, to produce an animated AR replica of the touring marble statue of Giannis for the launch of the new JBL x Giannis headphones campaign initiative.
This is the story of a village in Kenya called Nyumbani Village, a sustainable HIV/AIDS community. Nyumbani means home. It is a magical place that is the home to 1,000 children impacted by HIV/AIDS. I produced this story for JnJ to be told at Global Citizen’s concert events in Central Park, Hamberg & Toronto, www.globalcitizen.org

As Director of Production at Barbarian, I embraced the initiation of bringing the Creator/Influencer Production capability under my department’s umbrella to produce Social content for Amex, Samsung, JBL & HubSpot for use on their IG, FB & TikTok channels. This empowered us to be able to produce global content within our American Express Client’s low Social OOP production budgets by sourcing & hiring talented photographer/film/editor content creators around the world in 7 cities to promote Amex’s “hidden gems” partnerships w/ hotels & restaurants.
I also trained my internal creative & producer teams on how to execute & perform traditional “production co.” responsibilities in developing pre-production books, work for hire contracts, usage negotiations & line producing tasks (location permits etc.).
J&J partnered w/ Save the Children (assists children that are refugees, in poverty, and hit by natural disaster) to create a fund raising event at the NYSE. I was the Program Director responsible for producing content for an integrated 360 experience that included artists with painted masks, website, app., digital media, OOH & content films. 2018 Winner of 7 Telly Awards (including 2 Golds!) for JnJ’s campaign initiative for Believe in Nursing & the courageous scientists committed to finding a cure for Ebola. My role was the Director of Integrated Program Management and Production of digital & event film content and print collateral.
The scientist stories were told at Global Citizen events in Hamberg, Toronto and NYC Central Park that included integration of online digital ads, films, website, print, TV, OOH, and social media.
The “Believe In Nursing” Campaign aims to enable and elevate the visibility and impact of nurse-led innovation in transforming human health. Content included producing films for social/website content and a printed cube for a leave behind at hospitals.
I have years of experience managing large scale complex websites from start to finish, supporting content and digital campaigns. Including CMS builds and maintenance. I also consider myself tech savvy, I made this Squarespace website myself!
